🥩 Steak Bites with Garlic Butter
Ingredients:

1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter
-
4–5 garlic cloves, minced

Optional: fresh chopped parsley or red pepper flakes for garnish
🔥 Instructions:

Prep the steak:

Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels (for a better sear).

Season generously with salt and pepper.

Sear the steak:
-
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add steak in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.

Remove steak from pan and set aside.

Make garlic butter:
-
Reduce heat to medium.
-
Add 3 tbsp butter and minced garlic to the same pan.
-
Sauté for 30–60 seconds, until fragrant (don’t burn the garlic).

Toss & finish:
-
Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter.

Cook for another minute or two to warm through.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley or red pepper flakes.
