Posted on June 1, 2025
Here’s a quick, flavor-packed dish: Steak Bites with Garlic Butter! Tender, seared steak chunks tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce — ready in 15 minutes and perfect as an appetizer or main dish.

🥩 Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced

  • Optional: fresh chopped parsley or red pepper flakes for garnish

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Prep the steak:

    • Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels (for a better sear).

    • Season generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Sear the steak:

    • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add steak in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

    • Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.

    • Remove steak from pan and set aside.

  3. Make garlic butter:

    • Reduce heat to medium.

    • Add 3 tbsp butter and minced garlic to the same pan.

    • Sauté for 30–60 seconds, until fragrant (don’t burn the garlic).

  4. Toss & finish:

    • Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter.

    • Cook for another minute or two to warm through.

  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley or red pepper flakes.

🍽️ Serving Ideas:

  • Over mashed potatoes, rice, or cauliflower mash

  • With crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter

  • Alongside roasted veggies or a fresh salad
