Air Fryer Hard Boiled Eggs

Making hard-boiled eggs in the air fryer is super easy and mess-free—no water needed! Here’s how to do it:


Air Fryer Hard-Boiled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • Eggs (as many as fit in your air fryer in a single layer)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
    (If your air fryer doesn’t go that low, 275°F or 280°F is fine—just watch the cook time.)

  2. Place eggs in the basket in a single layer. No need to add water or oil.

  3. Air fry for:

    • 15–17 minutes for hard-boiled

    • 12–14 minutes for medium-boiled

    • 9–11 minutes for soft-boiled

  4. Immediately transfer eggs to an ice water bath for 5–10 minutes.
    This stops the cooking and makes peeling easier.

  5. Peel and enjoy, or store in the fridge for up to 7 days.


Tips:

  • Use older eggs for easier peeling.

  • Mark your eggs if you’re doing soft vs hard in the same batch.

  • If your air fryer has hot spots, rotate the eggs halfway through.
