🍰 Condensed Milk Cake
Ingredients (Serves 8–10):

1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk

3 large eggs

1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted

1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour

1 ½ tsp baking powder
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
Pinch of salt

Optional: powdered sugar, berries, or whipped cream for serving
🔧 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan or loaf pan. -
Mix the wet ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. -
Add the dry ingredients:
Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined — don’t overmix. -
Pour into pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
