🦐 Air Fryer Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)

1–2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp black pepper
-
Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (for heat)

Optional: lemon wedges & chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Prep Shrimp:

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.

Place in a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if using).

Preheat Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.

Air Fry:

Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.

Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Serve:

Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Serve as a main dish, over salad, in tacos, or with pasta.

📝 Tips:

Use frozen shrimp? Thaw them first and pat dry.

For extra crispiness, lightly coat the shrimp in panko breadcrumbs after tossing in seasoning and oil.

Don’t overcook – shrimp cook very quickly and can become rubbery.
