🍋 Lemon & Garlic Chicken Bites
Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

3 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp dried oregano (or 1 tbsp fresh)

1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken pieces and toss to coat.

Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).

Cook the Chicken:

Heat a nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken (in batches if needed to avoid crowding) and cook for about 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
