🥬 Simple Coleslaw Recipe
🧾 Ingredients:

1 (14 oz) bag coleslaw mix (or 6 cups shredded green cabbage + 1 cup shredded carrots)

¾ cup mayonnaise

1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)

1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper
-
(Optional) 1–2 tsp Dijon mustard or celery seed for extra flavor

Make the Dressing:

In a large bowl, whisk together the mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper (and mustard or celery seed if using).

Mix the Slaw:

Add the coleslaw mix to the bowl and toss until everything is well coated.

Chill:

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
