Here’s a Creamy Garlic Chicken with Parmesan recipe that’s rich, flavorful, and easy enough for a weeknight dinner but delicious enough for guests.


🧄 Creamy Garlic Chicken with Parmesan

🍗 Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

For the Sauce:

  • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)

  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)


🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Sear the chicken for 4–6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  2. Make the Sauce:

    • In the same pan, lower the heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

    • Add chicken broth and scrape any brown bits off the bottom of the pan.

    • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

    • Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce is smooth and thickened (about 3–5 minutes).

  3. Combine & Serve:

    • Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over the top.

    • Simmer for another 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through.

    • Garnish with parsley and serve!


🍽️ Serving Suggestions:

  • Over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice

  • With a side of roasted vegetables or steamed broccoli

  • Crusty bread to mop up the sauce
