Here’s a delicious and weight-loss-friendly banana pancake recipe β€” flourless, high in protein, naturally sweet, and ready in minutes. Perfect for a clean, satisfying breakfast!


🍌 Healthy Banana Pancakes for Weight Loss

  • Naturally sweetened with banana

🧾 Ingredients (makes 4 small pancakes β€” 1 serving):

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats (optional, for texture and fiber)

  • ΒΌ tsp baking powder (makes them fluffier – optional)

  • Β½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

  • A few drops vanilla extract (optional)

Optional add-ins:

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
