🍕 Mini Pizza Burgers
Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Mini burger buns or slider rolls

Pepperoni slices or mini pepperonis (optional)

Butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions:

Prepare the Beef Patties:

In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Divide into 8–10 small portions and form into mini patties.

Cook the Patties:

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.

Cook patties for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Drain excess fat if needed.

Add Pizza Toppings:

Reduce heat to low. Spoon a little pizza sauce onto each patty.

Top with mozzarella cheese and a slice or two of pepperoni (optional).

Cover the pan briefly to melt the cheese.

Prepare the Buns:

Lightly butter and toast the mini buns in a skillet or oven until golden.

Place each pizza burger patty on the bottom bun.

Add any optional toppings like sliced olives or fresh basil.

Top with the other half of the bun.
