No Bake Coconut Cream Balls

Here’s a simple and delicious No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls recipe you can make in under 30 minutes:


🥥 No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate (for coating, optional)

  • Extra shredded coconut or powdered sugar for rolling (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Mix the Filling:

    • In a bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract (if using), and salt.

    • Stir until fully combined. The mixture should be sticky and hold together when pressed.

  2. Shape the Balls:

    • Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a ball.

    • Repeat until all the mixture is used.

  3. Optional Coating:

    • If desired, melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.

    • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick.

    • Place on a parchment-lined tray to set.

  4. Chill:

    • Place the tray in the fridge for about 20–30 minutes or until firm.

    • Roll the balls in extra coconut or powdered sugar for an extra touch.


Storage:

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.
