🍒 Classic Cherry Delight (No-Bake)
Ingredients:
For the crust:

1½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs

⅓ cup (75g) melted butter

2 tbsp granulated sugar
For the cream cheese filling:

1 package (8 oz / 225g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream or 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
For the topping:

1 can (21 oz / 595g) cherry pie filling
🧁 Instructions:

Make the crust:
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8×8 or 9×9-inch dish. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to set. -
Make the filling:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy.
If using heavy cream, whip it in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into cream cheese mixture. If using whipped topping, just fold it in. -
Assemble:
Spread cream cheese filling over chilled crust. Smooth evenly with a spatula. -
Add topping:
Spoon cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer. Spread gently to cover completely. -
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set.
🍽️ Serve:
Slice into squares and serve chilled. You can garnish with additional whipped cream or crushed graham crackers if desired.
