🧀 Easy Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely diced

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese, chopped)

1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped (optional)

8–10 egg roll wrappers

Cooking spray or a bit of oil for brushing

Optional: ketchup, mustard, or special sauce for dipping
Instructions:

Cook the filling:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and fully cooked.

Drain any excess fat.

Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and pickles (if using).

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Stir in shredded cheese until well combined.

Assemble egg rolls:

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape.

Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the beef mixture near the center.

Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly like a burrito, sealing the edge with water.

Air fry:

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly spray or brush the egg rolls with oil.

Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Let cool for a couple of minutes.
