Ingredients:

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

2–3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried basil
-
1 tsp dried parsley
-
1/2 tsp dried oregano
-
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or chives, for garnish)
🔪 Instructions:

Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix the Base
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and herbs. Mix until smooth. -
Add the Cheeses
Fold in mozzarella and Parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste. -
Transfer to Baking Dish
Spoon the mixture into a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet. Smooth out the top. -
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and golden on top. -
Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve warm with:-
