🍰 Ridiculously Easy Vanilla Cake
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)

1/2 cup milk

2 large eggs
-
1 tbsp vanilla extract
-
2 tsp baking powder
-
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease an 8×8″ square or 9″ round cake pan. -
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Just whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, then add in the milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until smooth — no mixer needed! -
Pour batter into the prepared pan.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
You can dust it with powdered sugar, frost it, or drizzle with melted chocolate or glaze.
