1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

Instructions:

Prep the Potatoes:

Peel (optional) and cut potatoes into thin or thick fries.

Soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch (for extra crispiness), then drain and pat very dry.

In a large bowl, toss fries with olive oil and seasoning mix until evenly coated.

Cooking Options:
Oven:

Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Spread fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Air Fryer:

Deep Fry:
