🍫 Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls Recipe
Ingredients:

3 cups Rice Krispies cereal

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate, if preferred)

1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

1/2 cup light corn syrup or honey

1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional, for coating)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:

Melt the chocolate mixture:

In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and corn syrup (or honey).

Stir constantly until everything is melted and smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Mix in Rice Krispies:

Pour the Rice Krispies into a large mixing bowl.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and stir until fully coated.

Shape into balls:

Allow the mixture to cool slightly (enough to handle).

Scoop out heaping tablespoonfuls and roll into balls using your hands.
