🍞 Easy Sandwich Bread (No-Knead Option)
Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour (or bread flour for more chew)

2¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast

1 tbsp sugar

1½ tsp salt

1 cup warm water (about 110°F / 43°C)

¼ cup milk (or water for dairy-free)

2 tbsp oil or melted butter
Instructions:

Mix the dough:

In a large bowl, combine warm water, milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

Add flour, salt, and oil. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.

Knead (or not):

No-knead method: Just mix until combined and sticky. Let rise longer (see step 3).

Kneaded method: Knead by hand or with a mixer for 5–8 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let it rise:

Cover the bowl and let dough rise in a warm place for about 1 to 1½ hours, or until doubled in size.

Shape and second rise:

Punch down dough and shape into a log.

Place in a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.

Cover and let rise again for 30–40 minutes, until puffy and just above the rim.

Bake:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

Optional: Brush top with butter after baking for a soft crust.
