Posted on April 30, 2025
Here’s a super easy and quick recipe for Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls — no yeast, no rising time, and ready in under 30 minutes!

🌀 Easy Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix

  • 2/3 cup milk

For the Filling:

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (light or dark)

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2–3 tbsp milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

🧁 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease or line an 8-inch round or square baking dish.

  2. Make the dough:

    • In a medium bowl, stir Bisquick and milk until a soft dough forms (do not overmix).

    • Transfer dough to a floured surface and gently knead 4–5 times.

    • Roll into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick (roughly 8×12 inches).

  3. Add filling:

    • Brush melted butter over the dough.

    • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered surface.

  4. Roll & slice:

    • Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log.

    • Cut into 8 equal pieces and place them in the prepared dish.

  5. Bake:

    • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Glaze:

    • While rolls are baking, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.

    • Drizzle glaze over warm rolls right out of the oven.

💡 Tips:

  • For richer rolls, swap milk for half-and-half in the dough and glaze.

  • Add chopped nuts or raisins to the filling for extra texture.
