🌀 Easy Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
For the Dough:

2 cups Bisquick baking mix

2/3 cup milk
For the Filling:

2 tbsp melted butter

1/3 cup brown sugar (light or dark)

1 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar
-
2–3 tbsp milk
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🧁 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease or line an 8-inch round or square baking dish.

Make the dough:

In a medium bowl, stir Bisquick and milk until a soft dough forms (do not overmix).

Transfer dough to a floured surface and gently knead 4–5 times.

Roll into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick (roughly 8×12 inches).

Add filling:

Brush melted butter over the dough.
-
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered surface.

Roll & slice:
-
Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log.

Cut into 8 equal pieces and place them in the prepared dish.

Bake:

Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Glaze:

While rolls are baking, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.

Drizzle glaze over warm rolls right out of the oven.

For richer rolls, swap milk for half-and-half in the dough and glaze.

Add chopped nuts or raisins to the filling for extra texture.
