Here’s a powerful lemon and honey remedy that’s simple, natural, and effective for boosting immunity, soothing sore throats, and aiding digestion:


Powerful Lemon & Honey Remedy

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon (preferably organic)

  • 2 tablespoons raw honey (local or Manuka if possible)

  • 1 cup warm (not hot!) water

  • Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper or grated ginger


Instructions:

  1. Warm the water (not boiling — around 120°F / 50°C) to preserve the enzymes in the honey.

  2. Squeeze the lemon into the water, removing any seeds.

  3. Add the honey and stir until fully dissolved.

  4. Optional: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for metabolism or a few slices of fresh ginger for extra anti-inflammatory power.

  5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning, or sip throughout the day if you’re sick.
