Garlic, Honey & Clove Mix – Natural Remedy Style
What You’ll Need:

1 head of garlic (peeled and lightly crushed cloves)

1/4 cup raw honey (local/raw is best)

4–6 whole cloves (the spice, not garlic cloves!)
How to Make It:

Prep:
Lightly crush garlic cloves with the flat side of a knife—just enough to release the oils, but keep them mostly whole. -
Mix:
Place garlic and whole cloves in a small jar. Pour honey over to cover. -
Infuse:
Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 1–3 days to infuse. You can stir or flip the jar gently once a day. -
Store:
After infusing, you can keep it in the fridge for several weeks. The flavor gets stronger over time.
How to Use:

Take 1 spoonful a day as a natural immune booster.

Swallow a garlic clove (optional) for more punch.
