Colon Detox Juice Recipe
Ingredients:

2 apples (green for tart, red for sweeter)

1 lemon, peeled or juiced

1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

1–2 cups cold water or coconut water (adjust based on how thick you want it)

Optional boosters:

½ cucumber (hydrating & soothing)

1 stalk celery (great for digestion)

Pinch of cayenne pepper (kickstarts metabolism)

1 tbsp chia seeds (fiber boost—soak first!)

Fresh mint leaves for a cooling effect

Instructions:
If using a juicer:

Run all ingredients through your juicer.

Stir well and serve chilled over ice.
If using a blender:

Chop everything roughly.

Blend with water until smooth.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother texture (or leave pulpy for extra fiber).
