Air Fryer Bacon and Egg Toas

Posted on April 24, 2025

Here’s a super simple and tasty recipe for Air Fryer Bacon and Egg Toast — perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch treat!

Air Fryer Bacon and Egg Toast

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 2 slices of bread (any kind you like)

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 slices of bacon

  • Butter or cooking spray (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped chives, hot sauce, avocado

 Instructions:

  1. Prep the Bread:

    • Lightly butter one side of each slice (optional).

    • Use a spoon or your fingers to press down the center of the bread to create a shallow “well” for the egg.

  2. Add Bacon:

    • Partially cook the bacon in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes at 350°F (175°C), so it’s flexible but not fully cooked.

    • Set aside. You’ll finish cooking it with the toast.

  3. Crack the Egg:

    • Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket.

    • Crack an egg into each bread “well.”

    • Season with salt and pepper.

    • Lay the partially cooked bacon around or on top of the egg.

  4. Air Fry:

    • Cook at 350°F (175°C) for about 6–8 minutes, depending on how runny or firm you like your yolks.

    • Keep an eye on it after 5 minutes—some air fryers run hotter than others!

  5. Add Optional Toppings:

    • If using cheese, sprinkle it on in the last 1–2 minutes of cooking.

    • Top with fresh herbs or sauces after it’s done.

 Tips:

  • Add a layer of cheese or avocado under the egg for extra flavor.

  • Want a more golden toast? Pre-toast the bread slightly before adding the egg.
