No-Bake 3-Ingredient Milk Pudding
Ingredients:

2 cups milk (whole milk works best for creaminess)

4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

3 tbsp cornstarch
(That’s it! You can add extras like vanilla, cinnamon, or fruit toppings, but totally optional.)

Mix Ingredients
In a saucepan (off heat), whisk together milk, sugar, and cornstarch until completely smooth — no lumps! -
Cook Until Thickened
Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously with a whisk or silicone spatula.
After about 5–8 minutes, the mixture will start to thicken. Keep stirring until it reaches a smooth pudding consistency. -
Pour & Chill
Remove from heat and pour into small ramekins, cups, or a dish. Let it cool slightly, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours (or until fully set).
