Yesss — here’s a super simple, creamy, and delicious No-Bake 3-Ingredient Milk Pudding you can whip up in minutes. Perfect when you want a sweet treat without turning on the oven or using fancy ingredients!


No-Bake 3-Ingredient Milk Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk (whole milk works best for creaminess)

  • 4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 3 tbsp cornstarch

(That’s it! You can add extras like vanilla, cinnamon, or fruit toppings, but totally optional.)


Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients
    In a saucepan (off heat), whisk together milk, sugar, and cornstarch until completely smooth — no lumps!

  2. Cook Until Thickened
    Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously with a whisk or silicone spatula.
    After about 5–8 minutes, the mixture will start to thicken. Keep stirring until it reaches a smooth pudding consistency.

  3. Pour & Chill
    Remove from heat and pour into small ramekins, cups, or a dish. Let it cool slightly, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours (or until fully set).


Optional Toppings:

  • Crushed cookies or graham crackers

  • Fresh berries or sliced bananas

  • A dusting of cinnamon or cocoa powder

  • A drizzle of honey, caramel, or chocolate sauce


Tips:

  • For extra flavor, stir in ½ tsp vanilla extract just after removing from heat.

  • Want it ultra smooth? Strain through a fine mesh sieve before chilling
